I was in a Iva which close back in November last account close. Had my letter to say it was close. Had a letter this week to say I had won my Ppi that was going back 20 years and the money has gone to the Iva company. I was wounding if they can keep my Ppi phone them up and they said any Ppi money I have from now to the rest of my life they got the rights to have. Can someone help me to see if it true please
I'm afraid they can keep it as it was known about during the iva and is an asset due to your creditors.

This is correct. Any PPI would have been due to the IVA if it was known about back then and, after a recent court case confirmed it, is payable even into closed IVA accounts.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
