I was in a Iva for less than 6 months in that time I only made 1 payment and I could t afforded to keep paying it due to loosing my job so the Iva failed notice was given and that was the end of the mattar. For over a year a still shows active on my credit report . Last year they revived a payment of 1.5k from Barclays ppi now even through it’s failed are they allowed to keep the money even though I’m not in a IVA any more ????

Yes -- it was an asset duringf the shortlived IVA -- they don't keep it, they distribute it among the old creditors. You are entitled to a statement showing what went where.
