Hi all, I'm very confused and need your expert advice please. I'm with CF and an early settlement has been agreed, accepted and payment made. Just waiting on the completion certificate. However, the question is a company has offered ppi refund and I have called CF and they have said they have no interest in my ppi refund!! Spoke to a few people their and they have all said the same...but I thought it had to be paid to them regardless?
If the IP has no interest it is yours but get CF to confirm it in writing.

Just a word of warning,
I had IVA with Creditfix. Email from
their Asset realisations Team about 2 weeks ago told me that the trust created by the IVA does not expire on completion of the IVA and any PPI remains the interest of the creditors until such time as all debt to the full amount is repaid.
Any other asset is ours after iva complete but not Ppi.
Need to get anything from CF in writing! If you can keep it well done but its not usual!!
This IS an unsual stance so close to completion --- indeed, you are technically still in the IVA ! Knowing the quality of advice from CF call handlers I would be very wary.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
my thoughts exactly foggy!!!
can speak to 5 people in same department and get 5 different answers!!!
Glad i no longer need to have dealings with them! lol!
I have sent them the paperwork to complete, they need to add their bank details so the money goes straight to my IVA. Who else can I get in contact with their to get this fully resolved? It's really bad of them all advising me the same thing plus a very brief email saying we have no interest in your ppi!!!. I don't want it as I'm aware it goes to them regardless.
