Hi I had an iva with aperture and finished it October 2019 recieved my completion certificate April 2020 I have received a letter for some ppi which a will send to iva when I receive it aperture says my iv is not finished until I get final statement is that right and should my house be off the land registry restrictions now any help would be great

Bear in mind that Aperture is no more and everything was taken over by a company called Jarvis. If you have received your completion letter then that should be it.

Have you checked with the Insolvency register to see if you are still on thee, and also with the Land Registry? You can always send a copy of your completion to both and ask them to rectify any errors. Also check your credit record.

The completion certificate - such as it is -- should be issued at the same time as the final accounts and is the mark of formal completion of your IVA. At the same time they should have lifted the restriction at Land Registry -- always best to check yourself, as this sometimes ( too often) gets overlooked and can be a nasty surprise when you come to sell.
