Iva ended december. Form sent to sign for ppi. Also pensions access to bank and financial advisors.Also unlimited time to do so. Is this the norm

What forms have you signed for PPI?

What access has been given, and to who, and for what purpose?

Unlimited time to do what?

Have you had your completion letter? If so, your pension should be safe.

PPI and similar belong to the IVA in perpetuity (as long as the IP has an interest). I imagine, but you need to check, that the pensions reference is regarding potential mis-sold policies. If so it looks like the industry is beginning to latch on to other income streams to replace PPI when it's deadline expires !
