I took out my Iva in 2008 and finished in 2014 I have just been awarded ppi but has gone back to my IVA even though I had my completion form in 2014 i am chasing the ppi money but have been told I won’t receive it but my Iva did not have a ppi clause in it so surely it should come back to me I have also asked about the 8% as I believe a lot of people are getting this back but have again been told I am not entitled to it I am with Leonard Curtis

I'm sorry but your PPI will go to your creditors.. It is an asset. As to the interest, each IP looks at things differently so you may get it or you may not.

PPI has recently been ruled, by the courts, as still belonging to former creditors even after the IVA has completed. There does not need to be a specific clause as this falls under assets (after acquired or otherwise).
Being allowed to retain any of the refund is at the discretion of your former IP and most do not do this.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
