Completed a joint IVA over 3 years ago and now, a company are asking for us to fill out a form to check for PPI so the money can go towards the IVA. This company have written saying that our IVA supervisor has authorised it? I also believe the 2 companies are linked.

Possibly but it won’t hurt to fill it in.It won’t cost you a penny and they will be off your back.

Claims companies are often linked in some way, these days. I believe that one of the CC's officials is a former IP with Grant Thornton / Aperture.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
