I completed an IVA and it was removed from my credit record after the 6th year in 2014.
I am now being chased by a company (DRSP) saying that if I have ppi claims outstanding I owe it to the company I had the iva with... can they do this - I thought once satisfied that was it?!

Yes they can PPI is always an asset of your IVA and is always due to your creditors.

As Kallis says --- PPI is still an asset of the IVA, even when it is completed, as recently confirmed by the courts after a long drawn out case.
