I had a breach in my IVA in 2009 and it was closed down
I am now trying to seek a ppi claim against first direct
They have informed that as I was in the Iva at the time only my supervisor can seek a claim against them
How would I go about trying to get this done

They are incorrect in saying that only the former supervisor can seek a claim --- you can claim, but ..... they would require a letter from the IP declaring he / she has no interest in the refund before they will pay out to you. In the absonce of such a declaration they should pay the refund to the former supervisor, who may then pass it on to you, or distribute it between former creditors of the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
