A PPI claim with Egg was put in prior to deadline in August and they have only until now made a decision they kept writing advising that because of high volumes they hadn’t made a decision and they went over their 8 week timescale. I entered an IVA in November, will that money now have to go to them even though if time scales had been adhered to with the complaint I would of had funds before IVA started.

Unfortunately I think it will as it was known about before your IVA and will be paid across to your creditors.

I agree with Kallis, the money will be payable to the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
