PPI claims once an IVA has completed

We had an iva completed may 2017 have now instructed gladstine Brookes to search ppi they passed us onto arch hall to proceed are we.likely.to get all the ppi funds after fees taken out ,?

You should tread very carefully. The PPI refunds belong to your creditors and there is a chance that the banks refunding PPI will pay it direct to the former IP, meaning the claims company will not be able to deduct their fee from the refunds. This means that you will owe them that money. Some IP's will allow this to come out of the refund, but not all do.

Gladstone Brooks wouldn't touch us when they found out we'd been in an IVA.

It is my usual defence when I get cold called on PPI -- always shuts them up !

We actually phoned them and they asked about whether or not we had been in an IVA and as soon as we said we had that was the end of the conversation!
