PPI is not my money

Hi I have just started an IVA I have PIP paid into my bank account which was disregarded as it belongs to my son I need to pay this money into my sons bank account as my son is under 18 my name is also on the bank account it is not a joint account just a sole account for him as he was under 16 when the account was opened I had to put my name on when he turns 18 my name will be taken off I also banked with this bank and had money written off with them in the I VA if I put his money in his account can they take this with my name also being on the account the pip award is in his name I am his appointee that’s why it goes into my bank also I don’t want the Iva people to think I’m saving up if I leave it in my bank it was disregarded as it is his money thank,you

Your IVA provider already knows about this money and has disregarded it, what happens to it after that no longer matters, so it should be safe.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
