I put a PPI claim into MBNA, they have just replied saying that as I was declared Bankrupt I am ineligible to claim.
I was not declared Bankrupt I was in an I.V.A. Completion certificate received 2 tears ago. I also have a letter of no interest in any claims from the I.P.
Also MBNA sold the debt on to Max Recovery.
What are my options on the next step?

I agree with Foggy, it's not often we get to see the rewards of anything after being in an IVA, so for the price of a stamp or 10 mins to compose an email I would feel that was good reward for my troubles. The Banks did us no favours prior to our IVA, so go for it. Good luck and let us know how you get on as I am a nosey get and would love to see a member get one over on a bank for a change.
