PPI on a terminated IVA

iv found we paid for ppi on iva that we had terminated due to missed payments due to lack of work and money iv gone through the breakdown they sent to fine £250 a year been taken for a ppi review therefore we missold a ppi with iva can you let me know what to do nw please as we prob now need to sell our home

IVA's do not charge PPI. Nor would they conduct a PPI search every year. However, any charges for a search would be added to the fees on the IVA which would come out of your regular payments ---- your creditors are, effectively, paying these fees, not you.

If your IVA failed I imagine you could keep PPI -could be wrong of course!!
