Hi. Asked a similar question last week but still not 100% sure. I completed my IVA 4 years ago. I had a small PPI award from a non creditor (PPI was taken out many many years ago). Is this still payable back to IVA? Checks for PPI were made during the life of my IVA and this was paid to creditors at the time. Just need clarity. Thanks

Technically, yes, it belongs to your creditors as the refund existed during the IVA. Your former IP might not consider it worth the cost and effort of digging out old files and may well let tyou keep it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Agree - it might not be worth it to them
