My partner and I had an IVA a couple of years ago. I have recently received a letter from a company advising me that we have thousands of pounds unclaimed PPI and to claim it quick as the deadline is soon. They are aware Ive had an IVA but my fear is that I will end up paying the IVA the PPI and then leave me with the fees. Any one else ever claim PPI after their IVA.

PPI refunds, post completion, still belong to your former creditors, unless your former IP declares no interest. Yes, there is a distinct possibility that you could end up having to foot the claims company bill out of your own pocket.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You could claim it yourself, you do not have to use a claims company although it would probably have to be paid to your IVA.
