It would seem that a personal licence is OK, but the premises licence would be an issue.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi, I was not allowed to remain the premises license holder when I went into and IVA. The company I work for sorted this for me no issues. Also I kept my personal license and remained the DPS.
