What is the probability my full and final settlement offer will be accepted at the creditors meeting on 23rd june.

I have 21 payments left of 179 per month and have offered the full amount of 3759.

Thanks

Creditors are getting what they signed up for. They are getting it early and they are saving on time and admin costs. It is impossible to predict. I have seen low offers accepted as well as a few high offers rejected. But this is a very good offer and has every chance.
Best of luck -- do let us know how you get on.

Thought i would update you.

My settlement was accepted today so i can now get it closed down.

Quick question..

My dad has transferred the funds to my account, am i ok to pay it from there or does it have to come from his bank. CF did not mention this when i have just called to find out the result.

Thanks

Well done and congratulations.

Normally we advise that the money should come direct from the donors account, but I assume that CF have checked it and are happy it is their money, not yours. It should be OK coming straight from your account at this stage.
