Recently been moved over to ebengate from vanguard.. in January 2020 my annual review they said (emailed) I had a monthly threshold of £2400 inc 10%! Over the year I’ve actually earned less than the previous year but the ebengate are saying I owe £1400 and my threshold is £2050 according to there records. I’m really confused and everytime I ring they never let me speak to my IP it’s always someone I don’t understand, I’ve sent them the email but no response.

Ebenegate are an admin company linked to CreditFix. They do not run (or, it seems, understand) IVA's and they could not put you through to your IP anyway. It is, I am afraid, becoming normal practice for larger companies to keep you away from the IP. You can, however, email him or her directly, using the email address given here: https://www.gov.uk/find-an-insolvency-practitioner to complain about this poor service and, if still unhappy, you can escalate this to the regulatory body, via the Government Gateway, here: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
