I have fallen into debt and contacted FJ at first they appeared to want to help. My debt was around £25 but was increased to over £40,000 when they added Council Tax and Income Tax which was debts Id not yet accrued. They have also got number of things wrong within my IVA and the amount per month is nearly a £1000. I have emailed them and tried to speak to a manager but have been passed from pillar to post. I JUST WONT A POINT OF CONTACT

If you are unhappy with the service that you are getting, tell them that you do not wish them to proceed (assumimg the IVA hasn't yet started) and speak to other firms. There are not many who will give you a single point of contact these days, definitely not the larger firms, and few of the smaller.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
