Hi there I Finally completed my IVA In November. I have not heard a thing from my iva practitioner. I emailed for an. Update at the end of December and still not heard anything. What is the process should I receive paper work? The payments have stopped coming out of my bank!

This is not unusual, albeit inconsiderate, to be 'cut off' post final payment. The closure process can take up to 6 months ( though some manage it in weeks) and you will get the final report / accounts and a slip of papaer confirming everything is done and dusted (we refer to this as the completion certificate or completion notice --- a rather insignificant, but important bit of paper). At that point the IVA is officially over.

To be fair, with Christmas and Covid hitting staffing at the same time, things could simply be delayed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
