Query about selling and the RX1 Land Registry form. I'm sure i'm being a little paranoid but I just wanted to check (how many times do we probably see those words on here...lol) We're currently trying to sell our place and will be moving the RX1 onto the new property, we've been on the market for a while, like most at the moment, so i'm very keen to prevent/be aware of anything that could create an issue on the sale.

We have permission to sell/buy from our IP but i'm now wondering, who is it that see's we have an RX1 registered? is it just our solicitors, or is it the buyers? i'm a little confused!! eek.

Thanks lovely people :)

Kate
Always looking on the bright side!

Hi Kate, I'm not sure of the answer to this one but do know one of our professionals will be ablong very soon to advise. All the best with the sale/purchase hope it goes well x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Anyone searching the Land Registry will see the restriction if they need to - but this should not deter eager buyers. I think that the property market is just a little slow at the moment.
