The draft is based around the facts as you present them -- what you tell the IP and how you answer his questions. They generally ask for a few months statements to evidence the income and expenditure you declare. They will ask about any assets that you might have --- if you hide any they have 5 or 6 years to discover them --- they may discover them or they may not.

There is a lot of trust involved.

No assets some lamd i told them aboiut back home with 10 owners family members worth about 5k uk value in total

Once you have returned the signed proposal to Stepchange it will be about a month before the creditors meeting. The creditors have around 21 days to think.

Your proposal and your IP will have seen your credit statements etc.
