My council where I live, are now swapping our council tax around so the first payment is due 1st June instead of 1st April to help us through these hard times with the virus and being out of work. I’ve just had my “free two months” of not paying so looks like on my bank statements it’s 4 months I haven’t paid when it comes to June if that makes sense? Do I need to inform Creditfix about this. So when review times they don’t question me why I haven’t paid and expect that money to go to them? When the council are doing this due to help us because out of work etc..
I would leave it and only explain if they pick it up at review --- at the end of the day you are still making the required payment amounts, just the 'gap' will be at the other end of the financial year.

I wish all councils were doing the same as mine to help everyone.
I’ll wait till the review then and see if they mention anything. I will keep both council tax bills as proof if they do query. Thank you for the reply.
