have a car on 3 year payment and in 3 months need 6300 final payment, will a iva stop me from refinancing

You will need permission from your IP. But you will also have to pass the lenders credit check, which may be a problem. I have seen instances where the current lender agrees to re-finance, but there is no guarantee.

Hi Julie, I have just refinanced my Mazda balloon payment with moneybarn through car finance 24-7. Stepchange agreed to it and my payments went from 167 p.m to 172. They were excellent and its enabled me to keep my car.
