It's time for my first annual review with Creditfix. As expected they've asked for access to my online banking. I've sent an email stating I do not feel comfortable with this and the fact it was never mentioned during sign up or is it mentioned in my paper work. I await their response!

I think they will have to.. No way would I give my bank details across online.

I believe another member posted up with the same 'dilemma' . CF accepted that they were not going to give online access to their accounts and settled for paper, so I think you will be OK on this.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
I was one of those peeps who refused to do the online review. I didn’t contact them about it. I just emailed the docs and phoned to see if they’d been received.
The review was eventually completed when I chased nearly a month later as ‘no one had been assigned my case’!!
Then a couple of weeks later I received a letter saying that if I hadn’t completed my review online this year I would be called in advance next year and basically made to complete it online.
I don’t want them anywhere near my online account! That was never in my original contract and their track record has been shoddy at best.
But I have heard others being blackmailed into it with the threat of the IVA failing - so be warned you may have a fight on your hands.
Please update us though. As it would be helpful for those of us that want to say no in future.
I don't. think they can make you do it online. Stick to your guns!

Good luck!
What docs did you send? Three months statements /payslips?
I'll update when I get response. I have responded to CF the day I got review email and had No reply as of yet. Hoepfully will hear back soon don't really want to chase them for reply!
Spoke to CF(well several people). They're sending me an email with a I/E form, requesting 3 months wage slips and bank statements. So if you are with CF and would prefer paper copies etc give them a call. To be honest the guy on the phone didn't take much convincing. He explained three times how this online process is regulated and approved, but just say no would prefer paper style and they will accept.
