I am still on the Insolvency register despite it being 4 months since my IVA ended. I have emailed 4 times only had one reply which was to send my certificate to a different address which I did. Zero response since .. has anyone spoken to anyone there by phone? There is a number but the info says they can’t discuss individual cases? Seems to be a bit pointless? I really don’t want to wait another 2 months to be removed

I only had email contact, which they soon stopped responding to, initiated via the online contact link on the Register pages.

I would ring them and make a complaint .... it is not fair especially when you have already done what was asked

I think that is what i used through the search page?( i had a reply twice from the same person who instructed me to send the info then said hos colleagues who deal ( but could take another 3 months) I then used another onlone form once to send the info and again to plead for some action both of which have had no response.

Yes -- twaddle. It is overdue to come off, so it should come off. However, I believe their computer updates overnight, so anything input today will not change until the batch is run tonight.
