What was the agreed term at the outset ?

Do you agree that there are any missed payments to be made up ?

Equity release or a 12 month extension are standard terms for homeowners and are detailed in the agreement you signed. What, exactly, are they saying about this ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi Wendy,

Were there any missed payments that you are aware of? Which Company are you with for the IVA?
