Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone can help but this is really irritating me. We have completed an interlocking IVA which is all done and dusted and have the completion certificate. I have been following advice on here and towards the end we kept an eye on our credit reports for wrong default dates etc and all was ok. Now MBNA have decided to enter default dates (not showing before) onto Totally money site. Site says MBNA themselves have to remove these but I have no idea how to make them do this? Any help would be much appreciated please.

First they have to date them correctly --- ie the date of the stat of the IVA --- if that was more than 6 years ago that would mean they drop off into oblivion. Use the template in this article: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Ive had this too.
Like you completed IVA. Got certificate. Got login for all the credit check sites and get monthly updates.
All doing well. IVA fallen off. Moat account defaults fallen off. Using a small amount of credit etc etcbut one Nationwide account has a default date of dec 2013 (iva was April 13) the other Nationwide accounts were dated correctly but not this one so its still there.
On clearscore theres a link to click to raise a dispute. im not sure about totally money but i would think there would be. I entered the required information and I got a letter inthe post from Nationwide. It said they couldnt change it as no evidence to support my claim then a phone number to call to discuss/appe. Ive been in touch with some Department at Nationwide and basically my CC hadnt been sent to them directly.....it wasnt semt to any others so not sure why they needed it but anyway!
So I emailed our CC to the guy I was talking to with covering email explaining timeline of events and hoping it will be changed so it drops off too.
Perhaps have a look on the credit check sites and raise a dispute to get ball rolling.
