I completed my IVA over 10 years ago, I have since lost my certificate and recently found out the company I was with has ceased trading due to owner passing away, how can I get replacement copy of certificate.

The only possibility -- and it is a long shot after 10 years, is that the courts or the Insolvency Service has retained a copy.

IPs only have to keep their records from 6 years after closure so I suspect the records were gone anyway. Your only option might be the insolvency service. What do you want it for?
