I had a text asking me to go on line to copy and paste as I am 71 I haven't got a clue what that means my last review was done by post can I do it again this year as I am worried how I"m going to do it otherwise

Just explain to your case worker, I am sure they will understand and allow you send it by mail.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

As Merlin says -- have a quick word. I, too, am sure they will accept paper copies.

I agree - not everyone is tech savvy - my hubby would not have a clue!!
