Hi I was contacted by right hand finance and I was offered a IVA last August it's now January . I've signed the contracts and still not heard anything. A male called Allen told me to stop paying my debts and now I've got the dcbl bailiffs chasing me . How do I complain because I want compensating.

I can only find YOUR Right Hand -- an accounting firm in Farnborough. Do you have any more details for them ?
When you say you have signed the contracts -- what exactly have you signed and what does it say ?

Right hand finance are broker who takes all the details and debt details sorts out the paperwork then tells you to stop paying your debts because they can't touch you . Then Aputure gets in touch promises to help and signs you up to an IVA and that's the last you heat from them for 5 months apparently they are waiting for the creditors to bid this was in August.

I would suggest that you ring Aperture as soon as possible and ask them what is going on. They have taken on a lot of cases recently, which has caused them to be slower than normal (they are not usually the fastest anyway!). But you might have got lost in the system.

I recommend you instruct an IP firm instead of using a middleman. You should not have been waiting this long and should not have to chase.
