Rules on overtime whilst in an IVA

hi sir
i am in an iva plan ,after one year the review, they have decided to increase my monthly repayment 4 times . from 100£ to 436£ which i can't afford ..I got 2% pay rise on my wage //40£ per mounth on top of my salary..because I did some overtime they want me to pay up to 436 £ per mount ..I don't do overtime all the time which means i'll need to borrow extra money to pay 436 .what to do can't afford this monthly.

Have you been declaring the overtime as extra income each month ? If not you possibly have arrears to be made up, which they might have added to your payment. Permanent pay rises should add 50% of the rise to your payment. Overtime is dealt with each month. You need to have a chat with your IP regarding their figures.
