Just wondered with the RX1 form being registered at the land registry. When your IVA has finnished would we have any problems removing it?
Would it cause any problems for us during the term of the IVA?
Would it cost us to have it removed at the end?
Would there be any future implications for us having one registerd against the property?
Many thanks
Just trying to make sure we know how things are going to pan out.

It will be removed as soon as the IVA is completed at no cost to you. There will be no implications.

All it means is that you cannot sell your house without permission from the creditors.

The restriction is automatically removed when the IVA is over. It has no value and would only alert the IP if you tried to sell or remortgage the property without their permission.

It is nothing to be worried about.
