i have an iva at the moment which is due to finish in march 2011.I was paying this at £200 per month till i was made redundant 4 weeks ago. My redundancy was £7000 = £2600 in lieu of notice this included and ex gratia payment of £672. I still had 10 months @£200 to finish the iva and offered to pay this upfront from my redundancy as I am 60 and did not know if I would find another job in the current economic climate. This was accepted plus an ex gratia payment of £672 which I was paid by my company on top of my redundancy. I sent off a check for £2672 and was told the iva would still be held open till March 2011 just incase I came into any money. I have now been offered a job with a wage of approximately £200 per week. How will this affect my iva. Is my iva paid off or does that change now I have another job?

i will be in the exact same position i was in before i was made redundant and paying the £200 monthly. but i paid this for the next 10 months along with the xgratia payment of £672 I received so will they still expect me to start paying this £200 monthly again?
