What does it say on the Insolvency Register ? It says my details can not be found, what could that mean? That could mean that the IVA was terminated over three months ago. You really need to speak to Aperture and, depending on what they say, maybe take legal advice from a solicitor experienced in i...

Another thought, I’m going to be put on garden leave for 3 months, after this notice period my redundancy will be paid. If I find another job within the 3 months notice I’ll then forfeit the redundancy, meaning it won’t be paid into my IVA. It’s likely I won’t get another job on the same salary and...

We signed a letter from cf giving permission for them to act on our behalf as far as I understood the only change was to the fee's that cf charge Hmmm -- did you keep a copy? I know a lot of these variations...

You would probably have to release enough to cover the full original debt, plus fees and possible statutory interest.

DFD are no longer trading as far as I am aware and their active cases have been taken over by Aperture, as Kallis says.

Hello Agreed all firms do have charges but the OP was suggesting that SC and PP were being 'pushed' and bad in some way. I'm simply suggesting that it might be in the customers' best interest: 1) The charges may be lower with other providers And also: 2) SC can do a proper I+E and check whether an ...

Thanks for the reply. If I were able to find a family member willing to lend me £10k and I pay them back with my redundancy money is that possible? Do they look at your bank statements once the F&F settlement has been agreed? As long as the timing is right. They will look at statements as part ...

I am afraid 6 months is Aperture's usual timeframe! They did show signs of recovery, but have, again, over stretched themselve to the cost of service standards.

The amount seems to be a runner -- but, where is the money coming from ? If you are planning to use redundancy compensation, this is a no-go as the creditors are entitle to that anyway. If a third party gift then you will need to get your skates on as, as soon as you know the redundancy is happening...

Have you been declaring the overtime as extra income each month ? If not you possibly have arrears to be made up, which they might have added to your payment. Permanent pay rises should add 50% of the rise to your payment. Overtime is dealt with each month. You need to have a chat with your IP regar...

Financial matters are taken into consideration but do not always harm an application. I would suggest a word with the Immigration Service, perhaps on an anonymous basis.

The creditors are solely responsible for marking the status of the defaults they have registered and can, and do, change the status to completed / settled or partially completed / settled after tna IVA is finished. However, it makes little difference as, however it is marked, it will still disappear...
