It is not (should not be) a charge -- it is a Restriction. CF can remove it in a few days by submitting an RX4 to Land Registry.

They can refuse and you cannot challenge it, other than trying to appeal to your IP's good nature. You have agreed, in your proposal, not to seek further credit over £500 without their permission. You are insolvent -- taking further debt from reputable lenders will be nigh on impossible. If your IP ...

Thanks Foggy So will I keep getting these for years to come?? Can I get them stopped? They are dated April 2019, 6 months after the completion of my IVA they won't be chasing me for money will they? Thought this was all sorted with being in an iva. As the debts become older they will be less likely...

With some juggling you might even swing a DRO, if you have no assets, only a cheap vehicle (of the banger variety) and can get disposable income down enough. Worth an explortory chat with a DRO intermediary. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/debt- ... ef-orders/

Another is that by using something designed for those of us with bad credit, we are signposting past problems --- possibly less valid as a squ...

All creditors will be informed by your IP, if they have not already been told. If they contact you --- this is often done by third party collections teams, who are a bit out of the loop --- just tell them you are entering an IVA and give them the IPs details.

The PPI belongs to your creditors and you may have agreed, prior to completion, to co-operate with its recovery. Regardless the IP will expect you to assist. As yet no IP has forced the issue so we do not know how far they would go to get a signature. The possibilities are endless ... they could jus...

A brief explanation of why you entered the IVA might be needed .... basically they are interested in your conduct and character. If the debt arose, maybe, gradually and your ability to repay was influenced by outside sources (UK austerity, health, unforseen change in finances) it would be looked on ...
