When you say IVA revoked, what do you mean by that?? It was completed in 2011. Are you saying that all these years later my IVA could fail. If so what happens to all the money I paid in all those years ago? Couldn't say. I have never come across a revocation, but an insolvency professional mentione...

I might add that there is also the possibilty that the previous payouts will not be pursued because, at that time, even the IP's didn't know what to do with the money, so how could you be expected to know it wasn't yours ? A small straw to clutch at, but a straw nonetheless.

There is the possibility that the claims company will just be told that there is no refund payable without being told a pa...

Aperture bought the DFD caseload and the IVA will continue as normal with them ... the money you have paid in so far will have either been passed to creditors or transferred with the case to the new IP.

Requirements vary from firm to firm. Usually they require sight of a recent statement showing the funds are in their account. Under money laundering regulations they might also need proof of ID and address.

I would suggest a chat with Ryan and / or Shaun, both whole of market brokers with experience of adverse credit. "Specialist" lenders will charge a premium rate which, over time, will cost far more than a broker. Contact details via their profiles: Ryan: https://www.iva.co.uk/forum/memberl...

Why are you asking about PPI - does your IVA state that you will submit claims or is your IP supposed to?

My IVA company only asked about PPI on credit cards not catalogues
