As mentioned in your other post -- I am afraid that you are stuck with Aperture. They are not the worst out there, but do need a lot of effort on your part as well as persistence.

It’s with Santander.

That’s how I took as too and wanted to make sure.

You won't be limited to your own bank for a CC --- After one with Vanquis, I got one with the Post Office (once my files were clear)

Hello forum. Been a while since I completed early and I'm getting happier every month with more money in my pocket. Anyway as expected my credit rating is poor. About 500 fairy points on experian and clear score is less which I think draws from equifax. Not helped by the fact I recently changed add...

As well as fees, there will probably be statutory interest (8% simple per annum) to be paid until payments stop. Should you hit the sum of original debt, fees and statutory interest payments into the IVA will stop.

It can take that long to filter down through creditors systems --- probably even more so with the complication of being sold on right at the start. I would leave it to Payplan to sort out and tell CRS that PP are dealing with it and that they should correspond with them, not you.

If you are like I was, it will take a while before you even get to use it and, assumimg you have the usual clauses, you are OK up to £500 anyway.

Hard to guess what they are thinking -- they are just protecting their own backs. It is really a blanket statement backing up that they are giving you best advice (whereas in reality, they are giving you no advice at all!). Hi Thank you. Does the reason they are making the offer matter at all. Is i...

My supervisor has advised the person offering the final settlement on my behalf to take legal advise. Do you know if they need t...
