They are still operating as far as I am aware -- just offloaded the IVA side of things. Try their online contact form and address it to David Mond.

His email used to be david.mond "at" cleardebt "dot " co "dot" uk

You do not have to give them this third party access to your account, they can work with paper copies as before.

Why have you done an extra year I informed the ip I was getting divorced and that I could not remortgage the property OK -- so the extra year was the extension in lieu of equity it seems. In which case the property has been dealt with and should be of no further interest to your IP. Your IVA should...

It shouldn't affect your relationship directly -- but I wouldn't give any third party any access to my accounts.

I would go for a broker. I have seen a couple of instances here where the lender has proceeded with house hunting and started the process based on a DIP, only to be refused at the last hurdle !

You could strike lucky ( I have seen that too), but I wouldn't like to take the risk.

A permanent increase in income (pay rise) is, assuming you have the usual clauses, ignored (although should be reported to the IP) until the annual review following the pay rise, then 50% of the net increase will be added to your IVA payment from the month following. Occasional increases ( overtime,...

You do not have to take out the secured loan, but they often work out better in the long run than a remortgage at high rates. Don't forget with a remortgage, you are not just remortgaing for £45k --- you are remortgaging the whole of yours and her equity, so the whole new mortgage on the property w...

As already said -- his money is his own affair. They are wantimg to verify his income to caculate the fair share of household expenses between you. He is under no complulsion to co-operate, in which case they should assume a 50/50 split.

Your IP might give permission, but, as Luluj says, any loan you might be offered might well be at eye watering rates and from a leg breaking lender ! I used to do high miles and survived on "Ebay Bangers" --- however, there is an element of luck with those !!

As Luluj says -- his financial affairs are his own business and only of interest to help calculate the fair share of household expenses between you.
