Hi, We had a new car about 3 yrs before our IVA through Lloyds/Blackhorse and refinanced before the IVA started and I'm sure we were able to arrange the new terms well before the 3 yr deal was up, so didn't cause any issue with the IVA. It was just written in that at the end of the new term the paym...

Hi,

Stepchange were excellent throughout for us and their in-house IVA dept works exactly the same as any independent firm. I've said it a few times that they never get any issues raised about their service.

Regards.

Hi,

Our final review just consisted of P60's and a couple of wage slips.

CC was in a matter of a few weeks.

Well done, we found them really good throughout.

Hi, Payplan get slated all the time, try Stepchange we found them to be great from start to finish. I don't think everyone who seeks advise from them are retained in their in-house IVA dept so it might be down to their criteria but you mention your debts are large and ours were massive so give them ...

Hi, We found Stepchange to be great throughout and very quick to issue a CC. They didn't bother us with PPI at all so we're looking forward to seeing what happens when we get round to claiming it. Regarding the reviews as I remember it was P60, 3 months payslips and bank statements , then at equity ...

Hi I can only comment on Stepchange through experience and they absolutely do a great job if you stay with their IVA dept. You never hear off any issues on this forum unlike most others and I'm quessing they handle as many cases. No PPI to bother with and very slick completion. Just pointing out the...

Hi

We were with StepChange who didn't operate the loan option and our pensions were safe.

The extension for equity was straightforward with just a couple of online refusals.

Also they didn't bother with PPI

Regards.

Hi

I have a similar score on clearscore and noodle but a 999 score on Experian.
The first two just tell me a negative point is I have no credit cards.
They just seem like broker's to me.
I think Experian is the one most used.

Hi

Once your in the IVA it can be done if you can earn any extra as you get to keep 10% then 50% of any nett extra income if you have that clause. I was lucky enough to get a yearly bonus so in those sort of instances you can save whatever you can. It can make the whole thing a lot easier.

Hi We had the 10% extra so kept more than handed over. Stepchange were always good at reviews with increasing allowances so also kept more than 50% of pay rises. I'm lucky enough to get bonuses so any increases in income after the start make life much easier. The Stepchange priority seemed to be ach...

Hi We had no issues with Stepchange so can only recommend how well they operate. We had a huge debt and several complications like an interest only part of mortgage expiring during IVA and a new car still on finance but they enabled us to sort it all. Also they don't bother with PPI which seems to b...
