Hi all, a year since I finished my IVA and I have just had a letter from
allay about more PPI £3500 this time! I have to forward any documents to Creditfix so I assume they are on the way! That is a fair % of my total debt now... does make you wonder... hey ho onwards and upwards

I had to contact them after 3 months ( annoyingly I left it until then) i contacted them online and they eventually sent a longwinded email about how they could remove it straight away but it meant no one could see I had completed ( tosh). Keep on at them!

We all remember those feelings. It is not easy but it is doable. Easier said than done but try to keep calm. Make sure you understand the equity release part as Foggy said.

Hi - It must be really hard for you - a car is a necessity! A car is rarely a necessity, plenty of people happily exist without one, especially if you can't afford it or can't afford to pay parking fines - too many people think cars, expensive mobiles, Sky TV packages are a necessity - they are not...

I am still waiting for Experian to remove the PRA partial Settlement on my report. I had a sparkilimg file then tjis popped up! Forgive my cynicism but it feels like a marketimg ploy to get you to pay £14.99 a month! Experian will not talk to you unless you subscribe and the email is painfully slow!

I would imagine it is a computer generated letter. I would just forward to your IP. If your IVA has been approved they cannot do anything

But I have had what would’ve been my IVA payment left most months so maybe I have! I emailed Mel to thank her again for he...
