Banks etc - dont see the credit scores - so there are actually meaningless - what they see is applications for credit etc Which confuses me even more! The only credit I have is mortgage the car and a balance of £45 on a Vanquis card I pay in full every month I have just looked at all the ref agenci...

Just got told they cannot discuss the reason when I rang
I did a live chat and he says there is something on my credit file
There Is not!!!
He suggested waiting for a letter
I may just move banks
It is very upsetting

Nobody can offset. According to Allay it is fine for RBS to offset, They are the company appointed by CF to investigate the PPI, however on the phone CF said they will speak to RBS about the fact they HAVE already offset the refund against what I owed them..... i am Losing the will to live!
