CF can not fail your IVA because your husband refuses to divulge his financial affairs. They can 'demand' nothing from him.

I would flatly refuse to divulge my partners financial information, as long as it can be seen you are paying at least 50% of the bills and outgoings then there is nothing in law that can make you pass his information to CF.

I agree with Foggy, do not consent to this amendment, all it means is that they will then calculate all your OT at 100% of income not the 50% originally agreed in your initial proposal.

I paid my car insurance monthly even when in my IVA so I can't see there being a problem, as long as your Ins company don't block it.

I seriously doubt you would get extended finance for your car. My IP also said "yea, no problems, once the finance is up you can refinance for another car as long as your payments don't change" that didn't happen. The finance company rep I spoke with almost burst out laughing at me once a ...

The joint debts liability would have been covered in your IVA, even once completed. Your ex won't be so lucky.

If it is insurance written off, there are levels that can be worked round to get the car back 'road worthy' for small amounts of cash (relatively) . If it is only Cat N then you can cheaply get it back on the road as no notification is made to DVLC to say it has been insurance write of classificatio...

You need to talk this through with your IVA company ASAP. You would normally be allowed up to 6 months salary equivalent from any redundancy payment, the remaining will need to be paid to your IP as a lump sum. Going forward from there really relies on whether you gain employment with in the time fr...
