Hi Jennifer,

As Foggy says some Lenders will allow you to swap to a new rate but changing Lenders wouldn't be possible whilst you are in the IVA.

Have you asked the Insolvency people when they actually received your Completion Certificate? They do still come out with the '3 months from date of receipt' line so hopefully you are almost there.

Hi Fash, Once the IVA and all associated defaults fall off the reports your score will start to improve. Having taken no new credit though in the last 6 years does tend to lead to having a lower score. Make sure to check that all 3 credit reports are clear and up to date (Experian, Equifax and CAllc...

You would need to contact the Credit Reference Agencies and provide a copy of the Completion Certificate and they will remove it for you.

It sounds like you are really querying the true value of currency to be honest. If you apply for credit in the credit agreements the Lenders state the interest rates, etc and you are agreeing to repay them - if you don't repay them you are then legally breaching the terms of said agreement (at least...

Like Foggy I'm not really sure where you are going with this. So if I for instance applied for a loan (on which I would receive an annual statement) and the money would show in my bank account as being received from the Lender and I then purchased a car with this money - you are saying there is no e...
