Hi John,

I echo Foggy's words. If you contact their Data Controller they will issue a default but it may take you a couple of attempts which is why it's good to check the 3 credit reports a few months before the Completion date.

There is a specialist Lender we have access to who will consider Help to Buy applications on early settlement of an IVA subject to affordability, etc.

It is concerning how many Companies appear to have access to such historic data. I wonder if GDPR will put an end to this sort of thing. Fingers crossed.

If you are able to click on your details on the register it should say when they received the completion certificate and it will be removed 3 months after that date.
