It's possible, although Halifax wouldn't be one to entertain it as you have already seen. It will really depend on your other circumstances but the IVA itself isn't a deal breaker.

If the complaint is about the IP firm then it would have to be addressed to them and their regulators. If it's about the PPI claims company then it's the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).

Hi Paul. Welcome to the forum. It doesn't seem unreasonable on the basis that they are responsible for supervising your finances during the period of your IVA.
