Unfortunately the form they have to sign as a witness has IVA written all over the top of it.

By the way -- allowances for a couple and child would be around £360 (guideline) and £440 (max). The dog should be allowed £25 - £35 a month on top for food and insurance. Ok I didn't put anything about the iva on the security form before sending it as it didn't ask any financial questions and I hadn't found this thread at the time.
