While you are making payments additional income should be treated as usual during your IVA. You are also bound by all the other terms.

I guess the annual review will still happen if it falls due (ie 1 year since the last one). As Foggy says - all terms of the IVA still apply. But very good news on the equity and the end is in sight!

Thanks.
The end will only be 6 months after the last review

I’m pleased to say I have only got 5 more payments. It has been confirmed that my equity clause has been satisfied as under £5000 equity in property. I am finally feeling a weight has been lifted. It would of been my last payment last month but I ended up in arrears. My question is my arrangement wa...

Why are you asking that.
I’ve been with HB for 5 years, coming to an end of my IVA now.
They have always been understanding of my situations throughout my IVA.

My (uneducated) opinion is that you should get £5000 each, which some IP's adhere to -- however, a few do try to subvert this clause to their own ends and say the £5,000 applies across both arrangements. There are numerous referrals to "My" share of interest in the property ... not "...

Thanks for your reply Ryan I must of missed that. I have been looking at both of our iva proposals and the both say exactly the same. So I’m geuessing we both get 5000 equity. As follows. Sorry for it being long winded. Thanks Ste 4.5 For the purposes of my proposal I have included an amount represe...

Quick update, I’ve had a couple of valulations with 1 being a recommended asking price of 65,000. I owe 47,000 so if that is the case and Harrington Brooks accept that as the case and they allow 10,000 equity due to interlocking Iva there wouldnt be an extension correct. But just spoken to Harringto...

We allow our clients to pay for the valuation and then recoup the cost from the IVA. This is usually up to £100 plus VAT and if you are paying for the valuation then the surveyor knows what it is for and can value accordingly.

Thanks will look into that
