I expect it's the IP asking to see the statements, not the creditors.

This will be uncovered so you need to be honest about it. I suspect you will need to delay the IVA and wait until you have got over your addiction before attempting it.

Yes your terms probably state you need to attempt and it is highly unlikely that you will be able to. Ask your IP what evidence they require to satisfy themselves it is not possible for you to remortgage. Watch my video here for the standard options - probably a 12 month extension for you, depending...

I would not recommend that 'everyone go Bankrupt' - there can be serious ramifications and it may not be the right option for all debtors.

If there is enough equity then they should be included as a creditor for £1 only to reflect the contingent nature/fact they are a secured creditor.

I think you could offer less (initially to test the water) given the savings in time and administration if the IVA was completed early.

Try for £6k.

I can't understand how you could have borrowed another £20k from a commercial lender with an IVA in place - that's highly unusual as your credit rating should be too severely damaged. I'm afraid you need to come clean with the Supervisor, if for no other reason than you can't include the £20k in the...

Creditfix cannot 'overturn' a creditors decision, although they can try and convince the creditor to change their vote.

It really shouldn't but many of the big firms are slow to act and take the maximum amount of time to deal with it before a complaint can be considered by the Gateway.

All you can do is keep the pressure on them to issue it asap.

They should be included for £1 if the debt is covered by the value of the car - or more if there is a shortfall/negative equity that can be calculated.

I doubt the remortgage will be possible so likely outcome will be a 12 month extension of your contributions.

You need to check your terms and conditions to be sure.
